Terms of Service

Arcade OS is a free, browser-based collection of brain-training minigames operated by King Figure Empire LLC. By playing, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

An account is a pseudonymous username plus whatever credentials you attach (passkeys, an access code, a linked wallet). You are responsible for keeping those credentials safe — with no email on file there is no password-reset; a lost credential may mean a lost account. Usernames that are abusive, misleading, or impersonate others may be removed.

You can delete your account and all of its data at any time at /account/delete.

The arcade is competitive: leaderboards, achievements, and statistics are only fun if they are earned. Automating gameplay, scripting inputs, tampering with requests, or exploiting bugs to claim progress you did not earn is not allowed. Completions must redeem a server-issued, time-checked run; we may void progress, achievements, or accounts obtained by cheating.

Achievements, statistics, streaks, and any other in-arcade progress have no monetary value, are not property, and cannot be bought, sold, or transferred. Linking a crypto wallet is optional; we never take custody of any asset, never initiate transactions on your behalf, and nothing on the site is financial advice.

The games, artwork, text, and code of the site belong to King Figure Empire LLC or its licensors. You get a personal, non-commercial, revocable license to play. Trademarks and names of third parties appearing in quiz content belong to their owners.

Beyond fair play: do not attack, overload, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other players’ accounts, and do not use the site for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. It is a free arcade run on a very small server; we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that progress will never be lost.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, King Figure Empire LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us to use the arcade — which is zero.

We may change or discontinue features, or update these terms; the effective date above moves when we do, and continued play after a change is acceptance of it. You can stop using the service — and take your data with you via deletion — at any time.
